Inspiring Results specializes in three types of services: organizational change, community development, and team development. Our organizational change services generally involve partnering with a single organization to achieve desired changes within its operations. Community development services often involve building collaborative partnerships among two or more organizations or groups to effect change in the broader community. And team development services are focused on work teams within a larger community or organizational context.
Our approach to all three types of services is based in Appreciative Inquiry, as you've probably gathered by now. Regardless of the type of work we do with you, we will always approach it from a positive, strengths-based perspective. And we will usually use some form of appreciative interviews and the 4-D cycle to accomplish the results you're looking for.
Organizational Change Services
Our organizational change services help you achieve your most heart-felt hopes and dreams for your organization in a variety of areas. For example, we offer:
- Strategic planning services to help you get all your stakeholders energized and moving in the same direction
- Culture change services to help you enhance the quality of service you provide, attract and retain the very best staff and volunteers, or enhance member participation
- Transition management services to help you thrive through transitions in leadership, funding, etc. or to integrate with another organization during a merger.
- Systems design services to help you work more effectively, efficiently, and with greater meaning and joy. Designing systems for attracting and retaining quality volunteers is one of our specialties.
- Meeting facilitation services to create collaborative agreements among groups that need to work well together.
- Training design and delivery services to enhance performance and support culture change.
Community Development Services
Our community development services help you build collaboration and partnerships among individuals and groups in a neighborhood or local community. Our clients for these services would often be local government entities, although we also work with community groups directly. We can help you:
- Map your community's assets, build consensus on the future you want to create together, and develop strategies for bringing your dream to life
- Increase community involvement and participation in addressing issues
- Build understanding and appreciation of cultural and other differences and collaboration among diverse groups.
Team Development Services
Our team development services help you create high-performing teams that consistently produce exceptional results. Rather than take time out of busy work schedules, we help teams develop their skills and relationships while they are engaged in their work. This means they integrate new ways of being with each other immediately, producing dramatic results quickly and easily. We offer:
- Team-building services to get new teams off on the right foot, or to transform teams that are struggling into top performers
- Meeting facilitation services to help your team balance process and task considerations. In especially charged circumstances, an outside facilitator can make the difference between the team finding ways to collaborate successfully and it "blowing up."
- Retreat planning and facilitation services, for the occasions when combining social, leisure and task purposes are appropriate.
