Who Are We?

Nancy OgilvieI'm Nancy Ogilvie, Founder of Inspiring Results. For almost 30 years, I've helped individuals and organizations uncover their hidden creative potential and put it to use to achieve dramatic results. I am experienced in strategic planning, organizational culture change and systems design, volunteer management, leadership development, diversity training, group facilitation, and coaching. I am a committed life-long learner, and have made significant investment in both my personal and professional development throughout my life. My formal educational credentials include a BA in Education, an MS in Organizational Development, and an MA in Culture and Spirituality. I've also completed the certificate program in "Appreciative Inquiry and the Practice of Positive Change" offered by the Corporation for Positive Change in Taos, NM.

I have also been a spiritual seeker all my life, continually expanding my capacity to be fully present to the mystery of life. I strive to integrate who I am as a person with what I do in my work. Appreciative Inquiry is a way of life for me as well as a professional practice, and clients have often commented on my integrity.

I see my work as essentially spiritual—at the deepest level, it is about engaging people to uncover and access their untapped creative potential. When they bring more of themselves to their work and their lives, they and their organizations become unstoppable! I can do this work with others because I have done and continually do my own work at this level. To see highlights of my personal and spiritual development, click here.

Associates

As the Founder of Inspiring Results, Nancy is your first and primary contact. Some projects require more than one person, however, or additional skills that are complementary to mine. In these cases, I will pull in one or more of the associates listed below, or refer you to others with the appropriate expertise. I know these associates to be exceptionally qualified through first-hand experience working with them.

I have spent nearly 30 years working in the field of communications. My experience includes being an independent producer of videotapes and films, a peer counselor for people facing life-threatening illness, a manager of a national training institute, and a facilitator/trainer for numerous workshops and conferences held throughout the country. My work as a consultant has focused on a values-based approach to program development for non-profit organizations as well as capacity building through positive change. I try to bring to my work a full understanding of the power of bringing our values to our day-to-day work.

Diana Bracy, MADiana Bracy, MA
Lifelong Learning Consultant

As a learning consultant, facilitator and coach, I design and deliver customized experiential programs to support purposeful action. Grounded in the field of transformative learning, I combine somatic, expressive arts, and transpersonal approaches along with Appreciative Inquiry. My background includes 20 years of experience as an administrator, trainer, facilitator, and mediator in non-profit, spiritual, educational and prison settings in the United States, Latin America and Canada, specializing in communication and diversity. Currently, I work in healthcare performance improvement and facilitate AI-based wellness groups using multidimensional wisdom practices (mind, body, heart, and spirit).

Susan Belgard, JDSusan Belgard, JD
Co-Active Coach™, Group Facilitator and Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner

I have been a practicing attorney for many years, hoping to improve the world through our judicial and legislative systems. Because progress was slow, I began searching for ways to help people "be the change they want to see in the world" and find their "root causes of success." During this quest, I became a certified mediator, co-active coach™, and group facilitator, all of which allow people to be heard, dream big and implement their most heart-felt wishes and desires through partnership and collaboration. The most delicious piece has been adding Appreciative Inquiry to help people use their strengths and successes to forge a compelling future.

Using coaching, facilitation and AI principles and methods in customized formats, I work with people and organizations that focus on improving the triple bottom line—economic, social and environmental—and groups and individuals with similarly high aspirations.

Building on my background as a lawyer, I have created programs which use AI as a generative, fresh and enlivening approach to law and the practice of law.
